Brown Harris Stevens Management provides a wide range of services and information to the residents of the apartment buildings that they manage. Over time, the systems and delivery methods of the services and information they control have become exremely fragmented – causing a lot of confusion, inefficiencies, and inaccuracies on a regular basis.
Delivering a centralized system which would reduce, and in some cases, eliminate these pain points. The system would become a model for how they can maintain a standardized front-end for operations, while enhancing the Halstead Management brand and reputation.

There were several challenges that made ‘molehill’ of a project into a ‘mountain’ of headaches. But in the end, we knew the result would pay off. Legacy data, outdated systems, and a decentralized operations process required many deep dives into all facets of the business in order to properly model as close as possible our app to their busiienss.
Solution
A ground-up website which provides visibility into accounting and invoices, maintenance requests, a robust document library, and a contact and communications system to keep everyone informed and connected.
