92 Howard Avenue Condos is a boutique, 5-unit new development project in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. The project requires a clean, attractive look to capture the cultural and architectural persona that radiates in Bed-Stuy. Although small, this project made a spalsh once construction was completed.

Supporting the ‘offline’ Lead Generating Efforts

Challenge

For a small project and budget, we needed to find a high-impact solution to capturing and nurturing leads for this new construction development in Brooklyn. The engagement needed to maintain its personal touch while delivering quick responses to any inquiries.

Solution

A powerful CRM, like Salesforce, was not in the budget, so we deployed marketing and workflow automation through Zapier and IFTTT to provide the custom engagement that our client expected. We were able to tag the inquiries as they came in and provide some initial responses unique to their specific interests in this exciting project.
